Cecily Legler Strong, an American stand-up comic and actor is known for her performance in the role of a cast member on "Saturday Night Life.' When she took an improv course when she was nine years old when she was nine, she started her acting career. She hoped to pursue a career as an actor however, she soon realized that she was destined for comedy, and shifted her attention to improv performances. She started her career by performing on cruise ship with fellow crew members from Second City Conservatory and iO Chicago. Strong was a regular at events like Chicago Sketch Fest and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She also appeared with Virgin Daiquiri the only female troupe - as well New York Sketchfest. She became famous in 2012 following her appearance on "Saturday Night Live" during its 39th season, as a cast member as a co-anchor on Weekend Update with Seth Meyers initially, as well as Colin Jost later. Her most memorable performance was her performance as the role of "the girl who you would have preferred not to start the conversation with at your party'. In the same year she also released her debut film an untitled short film entitled "How to Sponsor a Uterus'.
