Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After giving up gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. She won her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She started to compete at fitness competitions after quitting the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. When she was 17, she received her Professional Card one year later. Thus becoming one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had a six-year break from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her studies at college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and carried on from her previous place of taking part in elite contests including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. At the close of 2009, she won four more health titles. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) when she won the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance to finish her college education. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She came in third at the event. In summer 2016, she took first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage after three months, taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no expectations. She was happy about her position. Ariel had to compete against the best of elite athletes. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out is the back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over row on the machine that use single arm pull downs with lats. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the actual exercise. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as is possible. Converting all the exercises back into three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
